Priya Ahluwalia’s Spring 2026 collection, Affinity, was just love, full of rich color, silky textures, and sensual draping that felt as personal as it did universal. Shown in the romantic atrium of the NoMad Hotel, the setting already hinted at intimacy, and the live score only deepened the mood.

The collection explored love in all its forms—tender, turbulent, playful, and intense. Draped silks twisted into sculptural shapes that seemed to capture the knots and releases of being in love, while flyaway fringes brought a sense of freedom and chaos. Denim was sliced open to reveal vulnerability, asymmetrical skirts bubbled with excitement, and prints of cherubs, love letters, and marigolds carried symbolic weight drawn from both Indian weddings and universal gestures of devotion.

The palette was lush and emotional, ranging from jewel greens and sapphire blues to scarlets, rubies, and soft pinks. Textures amplified the storytelling: satins whispered with sensuality, while plaited knits suggested intimacy and embrace. True to Ahluwalia’s ethos, sustainability was woven throughout, from recycled fabrics and laser-printed denim to partnerships supporting circular fashion initiatives.
