Chemena Kamali continued redefining what it means to be a ‘Chloé woman’. While the brand has always been associated with a dreamy, free-spirited aesthetic, this season was about expanding that identity—adding new layers
The collection was rich with the dreamy, feminine details Chloé is known for—billowy blouses, flowing lace gowns, and tiered maxi skirts. However, Kamali contrasted these soft elements with more structured tailoring. Oversized quilted coats with fur trim, high-waisted leather pants, and exaggerated shoulders on silk blouses gave the collection a sense of strength. It was Chloé’s version of power dressing: effortless, a little undone, but undeniably confident.
Accessories reinforced this duality. The return of the Paddington bag, a relic of the 2000s, was a nod to the past, while playful details like faux fur tail charms and oversized logo belts brought a modern irreverence.Meanwhile, layered chain necklaces and oversized earrings nodded to the bohemian layering of past decades.
One of the most exciting shifts this season was the influence of the ‘80s. While Kamali has leaned heavily into the ‘70s in past collections, this collection introduced mini pencil skirts and structured jackets, adding a sharper, more urban feel. Even traditionally soft pieces, like sheer nightgown-inspired dresses, were toughened up with moto-style outerwear.
Each piece felt like something a woman would cherish in her wardrobe for years to come—timeless, but never predictable. Kamali is proving that the Chloé girl isn’t just one type of woman—she’s many. And that’s exactly what makes this new era of Chloé so exciting.
