This season, Michael Kors leaned into movement, layering, and a polished yet easy sensibility – All the MK classics.

The collection was a love letter to the city that never tries too hard but always looks impeccable. Inspired by icons like Zoë Kravitz and Sharon Stone, the mood was relaxed but refined—think coats slung over shoulders, hands shoved in pockets, and bias-cut skirts that seemed to float. Kors emphasized asymmetry, fluidity, and unexpected pairings, like pleated skirts over pants or slouchy jackets cinched just enough to feel put-together without being stiff.

For daywear, tailoring took center stage. Kors reasserted his strength in suiting with oversized blazers, crisp coats, and paper-bag trousers that managed to be both structured and slouchy. His palette stayed largely neutral—camel, black, gray, and deep chocolate—with pops of aubergine and dusty green keeping things interesting.

When it came to eveningwear, Kors shunned restrictive silhouettes in favor of what he called “opulent minimalism.” Gone were the corsets and body-hugging gowns; in their place, fluid sequined dresses that skimmed the body rather than squeezing it. A particular standout was a deep-plunge, tank-style sequined dress that caught the light with every move, embodying the brand’s signature relaxed glamour. Kors made a point to highlight the versatility of his pieces.

Accessories were understated but impactful. Leather-wrapped pendants, shearling-trimmed bags, and structured clutches kept the focus on the clothes, while footwear was as practical as it was stylish—think sleek boots and slipper-like shoes that felt just as easy as the clothes they complemented.

In a world obsessed with trying to manufacture effortlessness, Michael Kors proves that true ease is something innate.
