Titled “61 Ways to Say Yes,” the collection revolved around weddings, but not the traditional kind. True to form, Gaultier delivered clothing that felt opulent and unique, showcasing fun shapes and unexpected cuts. From asymmetrical designs that blended fitted tailoring with flowing silhouettes, to pieces that defied tradition—like a bridal ensemble that was half dress, half pants—there was no shortage of standout moments.

The collection offered something for everyone in the wedding party. Brides could choose from sheer, flower-covered mini-dresses to bold denim-effect jumpsuits. Guests could opt for chic black-and-white ensembles or playful bursts of vibrant pink, green, or python print. Even the grooms weren’t left out, with sharp, edgy tailoring.

Hosted at his Paris headquarters on Rue Saint-Martin, the show then marked a new chapter for the iconic designer, who recently stepped away from ready-to-wear to focus solely on couture. And what a focus it was!
