The collection embraced illusion, swapping real fur for masterfully crafted prints and feathers, making a strong ethical statement. Puffy jackets imitated red fox fur, while sequined leopard pelts and phoenix-inspired motifs rose from the archives, reimagined with flair. The runway boomed with ’80s and ’90s hits, energizing the audience as they admired capes, gowns, and eccentric silhouettes in vivid colors like emerald and Tyrian purple. Oversized collars paired with tiny shoulders, XXL belts, and garments resembling tents in bold cape forms were just the beginning. Gaultier’s innovative use of textures, from tulle to marabou feathers, made every piece a conversation starter.

The collection was full of garments that not only resonated with the present but will continue to be relevant for years to come. Gaultier’s work stands as a testament to pure couture—bold, daring, and always ahead of its time.
