Drawing inspiration from the traditions of Brittany, Gaultier swapped kitsch for craft, offering a lineup that balances realism with artistic flair. The show was a journey to the seaside, with foghorns and seagulls setting the scene and iconic Breton stripes appearing in creative and unexpected ways.

The opening look, modeled by the ever-dramatic Anna Cleveland, was a theatrical homage to Brittany. Her circular skirt and blue-and-white striped tights paired with a tall hat echoed traditional Breton styles while feeling distinctly modern. From mariner coats to mustard-hued dresses with intricate embroidery, every piece told a story of the region’s heritage.

Gaultier’s signature playfulness shone through with crepe-inspired circular skirts, a nod to Brittany’s famous crêpes, and luxurious embellishments like Swarovski crystals and dyed fox fur. The collection also ventured into urban chic with asymmetrical designs, tailored jackets, and a surprising denim-effect gown.

The finale, a breathtaking wedding gown worn by Cleveland, encapsulated the collection’s spirit—bold, beautiful, and deeply rooted in tradition.
