Donatella Versace’s collection draws inspiration from the Spring 1997 Versus line, blending nostalgia with modern elements. The collection reflects a carefree, joyful spirit reminiscent of the pre-internet era, marked by freedom and spontaneity in fashion. Squiggly knits and floral prints, echoing the 1997 designs, appeared in updated forms on silk and chainmail, with a pastel palette adding a youthful tone.

The clashing prints and patterns, reminiscent of the original Versus show, were balanced by a refreshing palette of baby pastels. The collection effortlessly blended the past with the present, incorporating modern elements like 3D-printed fabrics while maintaining the signature Versace aesthetic.
