The attention to detail, coupled with the brilliant use of fabrics, feathers, and crystals, is nothing short of awe-inspiring. The runway at the Grand Palais was transformed into a chic gambler’s den, reflecting Lagerfeld’s vision of a dark and decadent setting. The casino exuded sophistication with its grand, modern-deco aesthetic, featuring roulette and blackjack tables

The models, donning matching wigs with severe black bobs, exuded sophistication as they strutted in business-minded attire, including shiny dresses, boxy jackets, and voluminous coats. The show crescendoed with Kendall Jenner as the couture bride, epitomizing elegance in a crisp white coat and slim trousers. Ladylike skirtsuits hinted at an eighties revival, while glitzy evening dresses transported viewers to opulent casinos of yesteryear.

The incorporation of ‘selective laser sintering’ showcased Lagerfeld’s avant-garde approach, with 3D-printed ensembles adorned with intricate details. The iconic tweed dresses received a modern update with the new Chanel braid, and accessories from the Bijoux de Diamants collection added a touch of timeless glamour.
