There was a lot of goth, grunge and glamour in this collection. Purple and black were the primary colours here with hints of pink; adding to the glam Rock chic energy. A lot of references to archives and playing on the 90s nostalgia that is bound to connect with countless fans.

Opening with subversive all-black sleek, body-con jersey dresses and leather biker jackets, the tone is confident and bold. Slash cutouts and fringe accents on leather pants and jackets add a touch of rock ‘n’ roll rebellion. The collection moved to more sprightly looks with a lot of prints and excessive layering. Cascading chiffon softens the leather’s bite, while juxtaposed prints of tropical blooms, zebra stripes, and the iconic logo inject unexpected playfulness. Slip dresses with delicate hems layer over utilitarian cargo pants, highlighting the collection’s duality. Slinky, near-sheer knit dresses in vibrant purple and fuchsia amplify the diva factor, while busier bohemian ensembles mixing zebra and floral patterns offer a more relaxed take on the theme.

The collection ended with a series of solid-coloured laced babydolls worn with veils – extremely reminiscent of 90s runway shows. This collection was Versace on point.
