This collection was pure medieval glamour amped up to a thousand. The clothes in this collection can be divided into six unofficial sections. The first one is all about heavily armored gowns dripping in chainmail, embellishments, sequins and beaded headgears. The next is all about hardcore gothic outfits crafted with trash bags featuring statement red vinyl. Then we move on to some deliciously saturated skirt suits with heavy gold embellishments and decorations(This was actually the most wearable section of the collection). Next, we have the iconic rush of topiary couture – Shades of green ruffled together to showcase the perfectly hedged castle gardens. The next section is more goth in nature with heavy fur jackets, some metallic mini dresses and pastel eveningwear. The collection closed with massive metallic colorful gowns. So all in all you have a typical Dior by Galliano collection – fantastical and fabulous.
