Inspired by Henri Lefebvre’s concepts of détournement and the production of space, Ninomiya’s designs redefine the boundaries of style. The show unfolded with foamy headpieces resembling tufted seedpods, transforming models into ethereal beings. Ninomiya’s designs reflect the essence of blackness and the rebellious spirit of the perfect archetype. The final part of the show presented voluminous dresses that drew inspiration from fluffy dandelions, gently enfolding the models’ bodies in a cozy embrace.
