Sarah Has delivered some consistently sensational collections for McQueen but this one stands out like none other. A lavish interpretation of the magnificent British fashion history ranging from Elizabeth to Victoria and a little bit of S&M.
Truly theatrical looks created with the highest level of craftsmanship and detail. 10 looks but essentially 5 since they came in pairs. Detailed craftsmanship featured soutage embroidery, enameled flowers, metal thread embroideries, beading, lace, ostrich feathers, countless pearls and embellishments among more. Pearl-laden metal caged face masks along with ruff neck collars; the devil was in the divine details. The pearl-encrusted boots were hardcore meets royalty. Erotic undertones were consistent beneath the regal references; a heartfelt dedication to unabashed femininity.
