TOM FORD: Tom Ford was hot. It had some beautiful evening wear looks and some fabulous feathered earrings. That one bridal-esque look was magical. A wide array of colors and materials. Looks that stood out for me were two pink and blue looks with sequined skirts and turtlenecks. Overall a pretty good collection.

CHRISTOPHER JOHN ROGERS: One of my favorites this season, Christoper John rogers was lovely. The colors were bright and beaming, the pallet was beautiful and honestly a bit summery. There were two huge dressy looks in real and a red-purple check print. The horizontal ombre suits were wonderful. The fabrics and textures were so so good.

LAQUAN SMITH: it had some intriguing looks but if compared to last spring collection, it was a little underwhelming. The fur bags were super cute and very instagrammable. There was this white fluffy fur(not sure if real or faux) coat which was ugh beautiful. The sheer shimmery looks had potential but looked incomplete. There was a brown skirt suit which was so hot and classy, it was wonderful and definitely favorite look of the collection.

BRANDON MAXWELL: Maxwell had some beautiful looks, though it looked like a typical maxwell collection. It was okay-ish. The looks I liked were basic and nice, Though the look worn by Bella Hadid was a standout, the cuts were so cleanly done. most of the looks were pretty blah but it was not all bad. there were three looks with a brown-black shiny material and trust me I’m so intrigued by that, So if you know what fabric it is lemme know.

MONSE: Monse had some spectacular looks. The Yellow plaid looks were lovely, and there was a red plaid velvet dress which was pretty af, and the deconstructed suits were so so good. The deconstructed trenches with plaid details were definitely my favorite.

TORY BURCH: Some fun prints and beautiful looks. This collection was surprisingly good. There was something about it that stuck with me. The bags were really nicely done and ugly sweaters were kinda cute too. The printed boots in mustard in olive green were quite nice too. Overall I really liked it.

SIES MARJAN: I didn’t hate anything about this one but didn’t really like anything either. It was not really impactful or memorable. A bit disappointed honestly. The trenches were good and the yellow looks were nice. Overall pretty blah.

CAROLINA HERRARA: It was quite surprising, the colors were bold and bright. The collection looked a lot younger than expected. The rope belts were good but we could have done without them too but the huge buckled belts were really nice. Just cannot get over about how beautiful the colors were and the prints were beautiful. It was very true to the brand but there was something different which I loved.

ZIMMERMAN: Zimmerman was quite different this season I feel, good different. We could have done without some of the looks like those head to toe ruffled dress, no thanks. But there were a few looks in this beautiful print element, LOVED THAT. and also this off white brocade suit which was beautifully made.

DION LEE: Dion Lee was wonderful. The tailoring was almost perfect. The orange and blue tie-dye ( which I generally hate) looks were lovely. There was a white dress with gold chains which was very reminiscent of a Bottega Veneta look. Definitely favorite Dion Lee collection ever.

OSCAR DE LA RENTA: A lot of color for sure. The evening wear looks were lovely and there was a black velvet gown with humongous white feathers which was gorgeous and the red Bella Hadid look was fabulous.

SALLY LAPOINTE: I love Sally, but I feel the color palette this season was a bit off. No one does monochrome like her but if the colors aren’t good then I don’t know and also it felt too similar to the last spring-summer collection. I did really like the sparkly glittery looks. Overall it was good but I just expect better from her.

PRABAL GURUNG: This fall collection was quite wonderful, the floral looks were beautiful and light mint green looks paired with greys and white are wonderfully done. Feathered jackets were pretty. Though the leopard print looks looked a bit messy might I say tacky. There was a beautiful white trench with black detailing which was simply marvelous.

VERA WANG: One-word eyelashes, I feel the beauty looks majorly dominated the fashion over here. I think Vera Wang and I think of these eyes. Though the clothes were okay, I loved the tulle gowns in purple, yellow and mint. People tend to go overboard with tulle but Vera Wang used it extravagantly in a somehow subtle way.

RODARTE: Rodarte was cathartic. One of my favorite collections this season and overall from Rodarte as well. I can’t think of one look that I didn’t like, I didn’t love all of them obviously but it was pretty good. And there was this sheer embellished gown worn with a purple flower scarf which will have a place in my heart forever. It was beautiful.

MICHEAL KORS: Micheal Kors was really interesting. The suits were nicely done and the oversized sweaters were lovely. The dresses were beautiful and the jackets, trenches, and coats. I literally want all of them. Overall it was a good collection but it had that wow factor missing.

AREA: I love my crystals and sparkle so when it comes to area, my judgement gets a little blurred lol. Area had a lot of wonderful looks. I have too many favorites to be honest. The suits, the trenches, the heart-shaped finale looks( which was reminiscent of the YSL red heart worn by Rihanna ) but we gonna let that slide. The collection was young, fun and blinding(with crystals of course).

MARC JACOBS: Marc Jacobs looks like a mix of Chanel and Versace form the 90s and it was obviously wonderful. The looks were minimal but some looks had an ‘extra’ factor. I surprisingly really liked the collection.

THE ROW: Oslen twins sure know how to make beautiful clothes. This collection was clean, minimal and luxe. The bags were nice, reminded me of Bottega Veneta’s pouch. Over all a sublime show
