MONCLER 1 JW ANDERSON: Jonathan Anderson did create some wonderful pieces. The shorts were super cute, not sure how practical they are but they’ll sure look good on Instagram. The colors were super fun as well, pink was pretty yellow and orange was super fun.
MONCLER 2 1952: “an army of women fighting to go back to a lost paradise, a radical nature where everything could happen again with spontaneity, and beauty and freedom can be the principle of life.” said Veronica Leoni the designer for Moncler 1952 describing this collection. Kinda really loved this one, some pretty looks. The trenches were cute but also utilitarian, the dresses were quite beautifully made but my favorite were definitely the super puffy jackets. Overall a great collection with gorgeous colors.
MONCLER 3 GRENOBLE: Not kidding but it was the most fun and exciting collection of Fall Winter 2020. It was just so cute. A definite hit for bloggers going on luxury vacations. Nothing that groundbreaking or unique but it was simply fun.
MONCLER 4 SIMONE ROCHA: Simone Rocha gave us some beautiful pieces. “I’m just always trying to bring some femininity to the technicality of Moncler,” he said this and there are no truer words. He really did that. We saw some gorgeous pieces my favorite was a yellow look with tiny red flowers. We don’t see such delicate looks usually from a brand like Moncler.
MONCLER 5 CRAIG GREEN: Craig Green gave us some crazy fun looks. I’m greatly confused if I like the black and white one or the colorful ones. His collections for Moncler have always been fascinating, it had a lot more zest this time.
MONCLER 6 1017 ALYX 9SM: So this collection was basic, I would say a bit underwhelming. But not that it was a bad one. It seems practical and honestly probably something I would wear lol.
MONCLER 7 FRAGMENT HIROSHI FUJIWARA: Some pretty casual looks but in a really good way. I assume this collection would sell out in record time, it seemed like exactly what people want. Fashion- wise I don’t think it was that intriguing but rather commercial. But some classic styles with a streetwear twist cant go wrong.
MONCLER 8 RICHARD QUINN: This collection had some out of this world looks, such a beautiful amalgamation of Moncler and Quinn. The final 6 looks were heavenly. The rainbow looks, the sunflower look, it was extraordinary. Goes without saying this was my favorite this season. This was even better than Richard Quinn’s collection for his namesake brand this Fall-Winter. I loved how EXTRA it was.
